Simulation of swimming Caenorhabditis Elegans

Simulation of swimming C. elegans in a viscous fluid. The body of the nematode in modeled as a long chain of hydrodynamically interacting spheres and follows the shape prescribed by a harmonic piecewise curvature model. Hydrodynamic friction matrices are evaluated by using a modified Hele-Shaw point dipole approximation.
